By creating an account or using our edge-video intelligence platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using Seezus on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Seezus provides edge-based computer vision analytics, hardware node management, and related API services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with appropriate notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You must use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use Seezus for unauthorized surveillance, scraping, deploying malware, or attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI models.

4. Data and Privacy

As an edge-first platform, much of your video data remains on your local hardware. You retain all rights to your raw footage. Seezus only processes metadata necessary for your configured alerts. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials. Seezus cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with security obligations.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months of service or unused node licenses.

7. Intellectual Property

Seezus retains all right, title, and interest in our software, algorithms, branding, and platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Seezus provides its services 'as is', without any warranties. In no event shall Seezus a.s. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
